Vegetables Paneer Rice recipe - How to make Vegetables Paneer Rice

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add the paneer and fry till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
  2. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  3. Again heat some oil in same pan and add the green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
  5. Add the vegetables, mix well and cook till they turn soft.
  6. Add the rice, chilli sauce, ketchup and salt and mix well.
  7. Add the paneer and mix well.
  8. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
