1/4 cup riped avocado cubes
1/2 cup coloured capsicum cubes
1/2 cup rocket leaves (arugula) leaves , torn into pieces
1/2 cup blanched broccoli florets
1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup orange segments

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing (using A Whisk)
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp honey
sea salt (khada namak) to taste

  1. Arrange all the ingredients in a lunch box. It can be taken to work with a dressing in a separate small container.

  3. Add 1/4 tsp grated garlic (lehsun).

  6. Mix well.
  7. Keep aside.
