1 1/4 ltrs milk
4 tbsp sugar
100 gms falooda seeds (subza) , soaked in water overnight
1 cup cornflour , cooked
4 tbsp red rose syrup
4 tbsp almonds (badam) , soaked , peeled and chopped
crushed ice as per required
cream for topping

  1. In a deep pan, combine the milk and sugar, mix well and boil on a medium flame till it becomes thick.
  2. Remove from the flame and cool completely.
  3. Add the rose syrup along with the vermicelli, almonds, falooda seeds and crushed ice and mix well.
  4. Serve in glasses topped with cream.
