For The Spread
1/2 cup cheese spread
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
few drops capsico sauce
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
1 tbsp chopped capsicum

For The Filling
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced capsicum (red , yellow and green)
1/2 cup small paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala

For The Aloo Chips
2 cups parboiled potato wedges
corn flour for dusting
oil for deep frying

4 rotis for assembling the wraps

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle add the onions and saute till pink.
  3. Add capsicums and saute for a while keep it crunchy.
  4. Then add paneer and pepper powder, mixed herbs, salt and garam masala.
  5. Mix well and keep aside.

  1. Dust the potatoes wedges with corn flour and deep fry in hot oil till golden in colour, drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

  1. Place a roti on a clean dry surface and spread a portion of the prepared spread evenly over the roti.
  2. Arrange the filling in the centre of the roti and top it with aloo chip and roll it up tightly.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 3 more wraps insert a toothpick and serve immediately.
