For Aloo Tikki
4 medium potatoes , boiled and mashed
1/2 cup coarse rice flour (chawal ka atta)
2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
oil for cooking
For Serving

Aloo tikki.. hot favourite of every one.. this recipe was made by my nephew, i helped him cooking this tikki.. and he loved this tikki so much.. he made a burger out of it.. and made us taste.. Great and interesting recipe for kids..
I had never made 'Aloo Tikkis' at home before thanks to all the ready-to-eat stuff available at the supermarkets now-a-days! But when I came across this recipe, I found it rather easy and tried my hand at it as a healthier alternative. The tikkis turned out beautifully soft and sumptuous! Use a non-stick to make sure the bottom surface does not stick to the pan! Serve it with mustard, its lip smacking! :)
