A traditional rice flour chapati,Aripathiri is an amazingly thin and soft chapati recipe made from rice flour. The aripathiri is typically enjoyed with curry or chicken gravy.

Ingredients

1 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta) (finely ground)
water
1 cup thick coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
Method


  1. Boil the water.
  2. Add rice flour to the water little by little.
  3. Stir well and cover the mixture.
  4. After one minute stir it once again and remove from stove.
  5. Pour this mixture into a broad-based pan and knead well.
  6. Make this into small balls.
  7. Roll these balls into small, wafer thin chappathis called pathiris.
  8. Cook these pathiris like phulkas(without oil)
