1/2 cup mashed banana
1 cup curds (dahi)
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup chilled milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of nutmeg (jaiphal) powder

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into 3 individual glasses and serve immediately.

As the name suggests, it has a perfect taste of banana along with the vanilla essence which has a slight but very specific taste. Its yummy and something different from what we have regularly.

Healthy shake to have. Great post a bit of exercises the kids do. Also the vanilla essence does the trick as it gives that lovely flavor.
