Barbeque Sauce recipe - How to make Barbeque Sauce

Makes 1 cup
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Cool and use as required.
