Black beauty is a delicious and unique drink prepared by boiling the tea leaves and then mixing the extract with apples, cinnamon, clove and black grape juice. Add a spoon of honey and a dash of lime juice to create this black hued wonderful drink, black beauty.
- Boil black tea, apples, clove and cinnamon powder for 10mins.
- When cool, add lemon juice, honey, black grape juice and vimto syrup.
- Chill and serve with ice cubes. garnish with basil sprigs.
