The author writes a lot of stuff, but fails to specify the exact size of one serving of chana. You missed the most important part. How do we know the nutrition values are based on what size of serving? Serving size must be given in a meaningful unit, else all the info becomes useless. Cups are NOT a measurement unit!

   For subzis and curries, we quantify serving size based on a portion size one person can normally eat. This recipe would be approx. 1 cup for 1 serving. We would definitely consider your suggestion for improving serving size on our website in future. Thanks for sharing your suggestion.

   We don''t weigh in grams, but 1 serving would approx. be 1 cup.
