Makes 5 parathas
For The Dough
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
For The Cauliflower Greens Stuffing
1 1/2 cups chopped cauliflower greens
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
salt to taste

whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
2 1/2 tsp oil for cooking
For the dough

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.

- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds crackle, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

- Add 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Mix well and keep aside.
