  1. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions, potatoes and celery and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the white stock, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring once in between.
  3. Add the white sauce, parsley, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
