A spiky and pungent chutney, perfect to spread on a roti before rolling it up with interesting fillings. Made with minimal ingredients, the Chilli Garlic Chutney can be prepared within minutes, to be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator for later use.

Makes 0.50 cup
4 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , broken into pieces
1/2 cup roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

- Combine all the ingredients, along with 1 tbsp of water and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Keep refrigerated and use as required.
