8-10 boiled potato
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions whites
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp chilli-garlic paste
2 cups boiled noodles
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
bread crumbs for rolling
oil for deep fry

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add the chilli-garlic paste, spring onions, carrots , cabbage, capsicum and mix well and cook for 2-3mins.
  2. Add the noodles and salt and toss well.
  3. Add the vinegar, soya sauce and mxi well and keep aside to cool.
  4. Mash the potatoes and add some cornflour,salt and add the noodles filling an cover it to make round pattice.
  5. Roll each pattice in bread crumbs to evenly cover them from all sides.
  6. Heat the oil in a kadhai and eep fry it till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve hot.
