Ingredients

1 cup capsicum strips
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup sliced onions
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 cup cheese spread
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1/2 cup plain flour (maida) dissolved in 1/4 cup water
5 samosa pattis , cut into strips
oil for deep frying

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the maida paste, samosa patti and oil, in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into small round balls and keep aside.
  3. Dip a ball in the maida paste and cover the ball with samosa strip so that it sticks well.
  4. Sprinkle some plain flour and keep aside.
  5. Similarly prepare other balls.
  6. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
  7. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with cocktail!
