An attempt is made to give a kind of indian flavor to this swiss origin dip called fondue. Even plain white or yellow dhoklas can be served along.

2 cups thick coconut milk
2 tsp corn flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp olive oil

To Garnish
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
a few rose petals

  1. Heat pan, add sugar and let it melt without stirring. It will gradually melt and turn golden colour.
  2. Add olive oil. Mix. Gradually add coconut-corn flour mixture stir continuously.
  3. Mix well and serve hot simmering on fondue stand.
  4. Serve it with fruits, paneer and garnish it with dry coconut and rose petals when kept for serving. Serve fresh.
