Corn Capsicum Vada recipe - How to make Corn Capsicum Vada
Method- Blend the corn in a mixer to a coarse mixture, without using any water.
- Transfer the mixture in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the batter into equal sized ball and keep aside.
- Roll the vadas in bread crumbs evenly and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
- Serve immediately.
