Creamy Onion and Capsicum Curd Dip

Makes 3 cups
3 cups curds (dahi)
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste
For Serving
carrot sticks
cucumber sticks
capsicum sticks
salted biscuits
Method
- Method
- Put the curds in a muslin cloth, tie and hang for 2 hours to allow all the water to drain out.
- Transfer the curds from the muslin cloth into a deep bowl, add the onions, capsicum fresh cream, cheese, green chillies and salt and mix well.
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour and serve chilled with carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, capsicum sticks and salted biscuits.
