Crush is a fruit flavoured drink recipe with fresh fruits crushed and then served in a tall glass with crushed ice. Add lime juice and a sprig mint on the top and enjoy on a hot summer evening.

2 tbsp pineapple syrup
2 tbsp orange squash
2 tbsp khus syrup
2 tbsp rose syrup
1 to 2 strawberries
some watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1 scoop kesar pista ice cream
drinking soda


  1. First add all the crushes and syrups in a long glass.
  2. Add water to it (about 1/3 glass should be filled).
  3. Then add the strawberries and watermelon.
  4. To this add ice cream and soda.
  5. Serves chilled.
