Method


  1. Put oil in a kadai.
  2. Add mustard and cumin seeds after heating oil.
  3. Add red chillies and curry leaves. saute.
  4. Now add green chillies, ginger pieces and hing.
  5. After sauting, put curd into this mixture and simultaneously off the flame.
  6. Add salt and cooked rice and keep it aside for 5 min
  7. Serve after garnishing.
