I have tried many recipes. Manchow soup , chocolate cake to name few...
Never thought a low cal tart can also taste soo nice...addition of fruits increases Vitamin content...
a tasty occasional treat
I liked the recipe very much. However, it may be worth making a few changes. For the tart pastry, the recipe does not explicitly mention required amount of water can be used. I was wondering if like shortcrust pastry, this will need next to no water but that's not possible with just two teaspoons of butter. Also, I needed quarter cup extra milk for custard to fill the tarts although I made pastry using 3/4 cup flour as per recipe
