Instead of aluminium foil is it ok to use cling wrap?? Does wooden whisk work to mix the ingredients??

   Hi, Cling wrap will not work, as it might stick and it will become difficult to remove it, you can put the mixture in an airtight container and then freeze it. yes you can use wooden spoon to mix it.

   Hi Param, The taste will differ if you use frozen mangoes. We have not tried but, you can try using almond milk. Do try the recipe and let us know your feedback!

   There is no substitute for milkmaid and we have added lemon to balance the sweetness.

Can we use any other mango variety like kesari mango instead alphanso??

   Hi Palak, We would not suggest you use Kesari mango but if you still wish to use then add more sugar. Also, the taste will differ a lot.

   Hi Sapna, Condsensed milk is same as milkmaid, use that and follow the recipe.
