My Dhokala turned red and had a bad smell ...I had added rava instead of besan a spoonful. and it didn''t rise as well ... taste was bad. .. can u tell the reason

   Hi Pooja, By fruit salt, we mean eno only. Preferably use the blue sachet

I think we can use soaked Chana dal instead of chana dal atta for better healthy version , n grind together with sprouted moong

can we use soya floor alone or mixed soya floor n besan for binding purpose. taste of dish will differ so much?

What about adding water to the tempering? To make it softer, more light and fluffier.

   Hi, No need to add water in this dhokla recipe, these dhoklas will be soft anyways...
