Easy 'n' quick veg. soup makes for a great appetizer which can be fixed in minutes,. The mixed vegetables are boiled and then served hot with seasonings and a dash of butter as topping.
- Pressure cook carrots, beans and cabbage with little water
- Remove from cooker, drain the water and keep the drained water aside
- Grind the boiled vegetables in mixer to paste
- Pour the ground paste to a bowl, add the water which you have kept aside earlier and boil it. you can add more water if required.add salt and pepper.
- Once it starts boiling,give seasoning with cuminseeds and remove from the heat and serve hot.
