1 cup rajgira flour
1 cup soaked sago (sabudana)
2 cups potatoes , boiled , mashed
salt to taste
2 tsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds (jeera)
3 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
3/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1/2 cup roasted and powdered peanuts
1 tbsp mashed raw banana
oil for shallow frying

To Be Mixed Together For The Topping
3/4 cup paneer (cottage cheese) , cubed
salt to taste
2 tsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds (jeera)
3 tsp chopped capsicum
1 tbsp chopped pineapple
1 tbsp chopped apple
1 tbsp chopped bananas
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp dry mint powder

  1. Combine the rajgira flour, potatoes, sago, raw banana, salt, cumin seeds powder, ginger-green chilli paste, coriander, mint and powdered peanuts and mix well.
  2. Apply oil in a non-stick pan, apply mixture of sago-rajgira to make pancakes, cook till crisp on both sides.
  3. In a serving plate, put all pancakes.
  4. Then place topping mixture on it.
  5. While serving put drops of homemade butter and grated coconut.
  6. Serve immediately.
