Ingredients

1/2 cup waterchestnut (shingoda) flour
2 boiled colocassia (arbi)
salt to taste
oil for cooking

Method
    Method
  1. Peel and mash the arbis.
  2. Add the flour and salt, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using little water.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portions into small round puris of 1/4" thickness.
  4. Heat the ghee in a kadhai and deep fry each puri till golden brown form all the sides.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
