1/2 cup fresh figs (anjeer) pulp
1/2 cup strawberry pulp
1/2 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup chopped kiwi
1/2 cup roasted and chopped almonds (badam)
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 cup thick curds (dahi)

  1. Beat the curds until smooth, add sugar and beat well.
  2. For individual serving take small dessert bowls or glasses. Place a spoonful of thick curd at base follow it with apples, almonds, strawberry pulp then add curd, kiwi, almonds, anjeer pulp and finally top it with curd. Garnish it with pista. Refrigerate it and serve cold.
  3. Serve it with light snack like khakra or chips.
