Makes 16 glasses.
1 1/2 cups mixed fruits, cubed
1 cup lemon squash
2 cups orange squash
2 cups grapefruit juice
2 tbsp powdered sugar
crushed ice
Method
- Method
- Put the fruit in a large bowl. Add the sugar and chill.
- Mix the squashes and grapefruit juice with 10 teacups of water in a large jug.
- Pour over the fruit.
- Serve in individual glasses with crushed ice.
