For The Dough
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
water for kneading

For The Stuffing
2 tbsp chopped kiwi
2 tbsp chopped strawberries
2 tbsp chopped orange
2 tbsp chopped plums
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp m.s.g
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tbsp chopped spring onions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a medium soft dough and keep aside.

For the stuffing

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and saute till pink.
  2. In a bowl, combine the red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce and 1 tsp cornflour and mix well.
  3. Add this solution to the pan.
  4. Add the fruits and saute for a few seconds.
  5. Add the ajinomotto and spring onions and mix well and keep aside.

  1. Take the remaining cornflour and add water to make a paste and keep aside.
  2. Make balls of the dough prepared and roll to a thin roti of 5 inches diameter and shallow fry partially on a tawa.
  3. Take this partially cooked rotis and put the stuffing and roll the roti.
  4. Stick the edges of the roti with corn flour paste very well.
  5. Repeat to make more such rolls.
  6. Deep fry these rolls in hot oil till golden ,cut and serve hot with tomoto ketchup.
