fudge fingers are super easy and quick to make. All you need to do is melt dark chocolate in microwave and if you do not have microwave then used double boiling method. Add condensed milk, which will work as a sweetener and also improve the texture and will also help in setting the fudge fingers. Next, add fresh cream and cocoa powder. Microwave it for a minute and whisk well. Further, add crushed biscuits an mix well will spatula. Pour the mixture into a loose- bottomed cake tin and press well. Further, spread walnuts over it evenly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Lastly, unmould and cut into bars. Serve chocolate fudge fingers chilled.

For Fudge Fingers
1/2 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups coarsely crushed biscuits
1/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts (akhrot)

- Combine the dark chocolate, condensed milk, fresh cream and cocoa powder in a deep microwave safe bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute and whisk well.
- Add the biscuits and mix well using a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into a 150 mm. (6”) round loose bottomed cake tin and press it well.
- Put the walnuts evenly over it.
- Refrigerate the {span class="bold1"}fudge fingers{/span} for atleast 1 hour.
- Unmould, cut into 8 equal bars using a sharp knife and serve the {span class="bold1"}fudge fingers{/span} chilled.

How to make Fudge Fingers

To make Gooey chocolate fudge, in a deep microwave-safe bowl take dark chocolate. If you do not have a microwave, melt the chocolate over a double boiler. To create a double boiler, add about 1 to 2 inches of water in the saucepan and put the pan on the stove on medium heat. Place the chocolate filled bowl on a double boiler. Cook till the chocolate melts, while stirring gently.

Add condensed milk. It sweetens the fudge fingers, improves the texture and helps in setting the gooey chocolate fudge dessert.

Put the walnuts evenly over it. You can chop the walnuts coarsely by hand, or pulse them in a mixer jar to speed up the process. Other mixed nuts like almonds, hazelnut, pine nuts, pistachios, cashew nuts can also be added.

Refrigerate uncooked fudge fingers for at least 1 hour. Do not set the fudge in the freezer, as it will only freeze instead of setting properly.

Unmould it carefully from the cake tin.
