  1. Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds and allow to crackle.
  2. Once the seeds crackle add turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few seconds.
  3. Add mushrooms and saute till mushrooms are cooked.
  4. Add green garlic and spring onions and mix well.
  5. Add salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli sauce and mix well.
  6. Now take a roti and place on a clean dry flat surface and spread little schezwan sauce.
  7. Place the stuffing and arrange some onion slices and tightly roll them.
  8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to make more wraps.
  9. Wrap each wrap with a stalk of green garlic and serve.
