Green Pulao with Spinach and Methi recipe - How to make Green Pulao with Spinach and Methi

Method

  1. Wash spinach leaves and make puree in grinder by adding 2 green chillies, garlic cloves and little water.
  2. Wash rice and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in hot pan or pressure cooker.
  4. Add dry spices, 2 green chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Add sliced onion and saute until golden.
  6. Add chopped Methi leaves.
  7. Add rice and Paneer cubes. Mix well.
  8. Add Spinach puree.
  9. Add coconut milk.
  10. Add salt per taste.
  11. Add ghee, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Mix well and cook until rice is done fully.
