4Makes 4 serving
Method- Wash spinach leaves and make puree in grinder by adding 2 green chillies, garlic cloves and little water.
- Wash rice and set aside.
- Heat oil in hot pan or pressure cooker.
- Add dry spices, 2 green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add sliced onion and saute until golden.
- Add chopped Methi leaves.
- Add rice and Paneer cubes. Mix well.
- Add Spinach puree.
- Add coconut milk.
- Add salt per taste.
- Add ghee, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix well and cook until rice is done fully.
