Makes 10 slices
For Grilled Zucchini
10 zucchini slices
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
salt and to taste
For grilled zucchini
- For grilled zucchini
- To make {span class="bold1"}grilled zucchini{/span}, combine the olive oil, garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder in a big plate and mix well with a spoon.
- Put the zucchini slices over it and mix gently and make sure it is well coated from both the sides.
- Heat a griller pan and place 5 zucchini slices on it and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, turn them over and cook on a medium flame for 2 more minutes.
- Repeat step 3 to cook 5 more zucchini slices.
- Serve {span class="bold1"}grilled zucchini{/span} immediately.
