Guava Soup recipe - How to make Guava Soup

Ingredients
4 cups chopped guava
water as required
2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
2 tbsp blanched sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste

For The Tempering
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbsp chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves

To Garnish
chopped spring onion greens
Method
    Method
  1. Boil the guavas in water and blend it to pulp and strain it.
  2. Dissolve rice flour in 1/2 cup hot water. Keep aside.
  3. Heat the tempering in a deep kadhai, add guava pulp to it.
  4. Add little water and bring to boil.
  5. Add all other ingredients, mix well and add rice mixture and water and simmer it for few minutes until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Serve it piping hot garnished with spring onion greens.
