You may add shredded tofu/ paneer instead of the stir fried veggies.
you may also add a few basil or mint leaves to the veggies for a different flavour.
you may add a pinch of italian seasoning and chilli flakes to the mixture. you can make the flakes at home by pounding a few dry red chillies or using a dry mixer.
serve with mustard sauce.

1 12" freshly prepared Pizza Base
1/2 cup of your favorite Pizza Sauce , or use any ready made chilli sauce
150 gms fresh bean sprouts
1/2 cup stir fried mixed vegetables, using ½ tbsp butter and ¼ tsp of freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup grated mozzrella cheese
1/2 cup black olives (optional)


  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Put sauce, beansprouts and stir fried veggies, cheese and olives, in that order, on top of pizza. place the pizza on a baking tray and bake till the cheese melts and browns slightly and take care that the lower part of the pizza does not burn.
