Ingredients


8 slices of bread
1 medium sized capsicum
1 medium sized tomato
1 medium sized onion
1 carrot, grated
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
3/4 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala (powdered)
1/2 cup oil
red capsicum to taste
sandwich maker either the electric or the stove kind

Method

  1. First clean out the capcicum seeds
  2. Chop the capsicum, tomatoes,and red onion into small squares.
  3. In a large bowl mix capsicum, tomatoes, and red onion along with the grated carrots and green corriender
  4. Add the salt, chat masala, garam masala and the red pepper.
  5. And mix well either with hand or spoon
  6. Heat the sandwich maker for 1 min on the stove and grease it with little oil
  7. Put the first slice
  8. On the slice put the veggie mixture
  9. Cover it with the second slice
  10. Once again grease the other side of the sandwich maker
  11. Cook in on medium flame for 5 min turning the sandwich maker if on the stove until the sandwich turns golden brown
  12. Serve it with ketchup or dhania chutney
  13. Repeat the process with each slice of bread
