Topped with crispy boondis, the Jaljeera can be enjoyed any time of the day, especially with a crispy snack or a sumptuous meal.

2 tbsp jal jeera powder
1 tsp lemon juice
For The Topping
1/2 cup salted boondi

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl along with 4 cups of chilled water.
- Pour the drink into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately topped with boondi.
