Khichdi Parathe recipe - How to make Khichdi Parathe

1 cup leftover khichdi
1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
chaat masala to taste
ghee for cooking

For The Dough
2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
4 tsp milk
1 tsp salt

  1. Mix together flour, salt, ghee and milk
  2. Knead dough by adding required amount of water.
  3. Keep dough covered and keep aside.
  4. Take leftover khichdi and add the green chillies, ginger, coriander, garam masala, dried mango powder and mix well.
  5. Make stuffed paratha with this dough and the above stuffing in usual manner.
  6. Serve hot along with raita garnished with chaat masala.
