1 packet monaco biscuits
8 to 10 tsp tomato ketchup
2 cloves garlic (lehsun)
2 green chillies
100 gms sev
coriander (dhania) leaves
salt to taste
sugar according to the individual taste
1 tsp oil


  1. Grind the garlic and green chillies(pound them dont grind it in the mixie) add sugar and salt. then add little oil and pound it again.
  2. Then lay the biscuit on a tray or a plate and add a drop of sauce on the biscuit.then add a very small quantity of chilli-garlic chutney on it. then add shev over it and some finely chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Your le monshev is ready.
