For Roti
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)

For The Stuffing
1/4 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
salt to taste
2 tsp chaat masala
lemon juice

  1. Take flour in a bowl and knead it to form soft dough with required quantity of water.
  2. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.

For the stuffing

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep it ready.

  1. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  2. Roll out into a 8" thin roti .
  3. Heat up a non-stick tava and put roti on it and let it cook on both sides for a minute or till there are light brown spots.
  4. Repeat with remaining three rotis.
  5. When rotis are ready apply little ketchup on it and then put spoonful of stuffing in center of roti and make roll of it .
  6. Serve immediately.
