Ingredients

To Be Mixed Together For The Dressing
3 tbsp hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp condensed milk
3 tbsp mango pulp

For The Salad
3/4 cup chopped mangoes
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1/2 cup boiled macaroni
1/4 cup chopped grapes
1/4 cup pomegranate (anar)
2 tbsp chopped dates (khajur)

Method
For Salad

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate to chill.
While serving add dressing.
Toss well and garnish with torned mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
