Methi Seed Pancake recipe - How to make Methi Seed Pancake
- Take soaked rice and methi and grind to form a semi thiken batter, alongwitn salt, green chilly, chopped ginger using the same methi soaked water.
- When the batter is ready take a pancake pan and pour one tbsp of batter to the pan & spread like dosa.
- Repeat again the same way.
- Serve hot with any green chutney. [like corriander or pudina chutney]
