Ingredients

1 tin condensed milk
1 1/2 cups or 12 oz milk powder
1 tsp kewra water or rose essence
1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
2 tbsp melted (unsalted) butter
Method


  1. Mix together the condensed milk, milk powder, melted butter and the essence in a microwave dish (preferably) a corning ware dish.
  2. Microwave it for four minutes. remove and stir it thoroughly.
  3. Again microwave it for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove and let it cool for sometime.
  5. Divide them equally into small lemon sized balls.
  6. Take an empty thread spool and one by one press the balls with the spool on a wax paper.
  7. Now you get a beautiful design.
  8. Sprinkle the finely chopped pistachio on the pedas.
  9. The pedas are ready.
