Makes 0.75 cup
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and freshly ground black peppercorns (kalimirch) to taste
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.
- Use as required.
