2 carrots
2 cucumbers
2 cheese cubes
milk, if needed
8 bread slices
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste


  1. Peel cucumber and carrots.
  2. Grate them finely
  3. Also grate cheese cubes.
  4. Mix all three together.
  5. Add salt and pepper powder.
  6. If the mixture is very thick
  7. Add fresh cream or milk.
  8. Apply this mixture on one bread slice and cover it with the other.
  9. Serve with tomato ketchup.
