  1. Combine the mixed sprouts and 1½ cups of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  3. Cool slightly and blend in a mixer till smooth using 2 cups of water. Keep aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  5. Add the prepared mixture and pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot.

I have always tried a mixed sprouts pancake or a salad, but in the form of soup was quite surprising for me. I tried it and loved it... It''s very filling and nourishing too.
