Ingredients
2 cups boiled and drained oats noodles

For The Pesto
1 cup avocado pulp
1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 cup coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tbsp basil leaves
1 spring onion
2 chopped green chillies
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
water if required
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the pesto in a mixer jar and blend to a fine paste adding little water.
  2. Transfer the pesto paste into an deep bowl.
  3. Add the boiled noodles, mix well and serve immediately.
