6 bread slices
3 egg whites
4 tbsp grated cucumber
4 tbsp grated carrot
2 tbsp grated cabbage
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
2 tbsp oil


  1. Put salt and chilli powder in eggs and mix well.
  2. Now make 2 thick omelettes of the size of bread slices using 1 tbsp oil at a time.
  3. Beat moyanaise and butter now put cucumber, carrot,and cabbage and mix well
  4. Take one slice of bread spread vegetable mixture over it,put another slice over this.
  5. Spread ketchup over this slice put omelette over this and cover with third slice cut side crust. then cut into 2 pieces.
