1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) strips or cubes
1 tsp oil
1 tsp nigella seeds (kalonji)
1 cup coloured capsicum strips or cubes
1/2 cup sliced or chopped spring onions whites and greens
1/2 cup sliced baby corn
1/2 sliced cucumber
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup tomatoes , deseeded and sliced
salt to taste
