Paneer Noodles recipe - How to make Paneer Noodles

200 gms hakka noodles
150 gms paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp bean sauce (optional)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 1/2 cups sliced capsicum
1 1/2 cups sliced onions
1/2 cup chopped spring onion greens
salt to taste

  1. Heat little oil in a pan on a medium flame, add chilli sauce, paneer cubs and little salt; saute for a minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Pick up paneer cubes in a dish, keep aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil, add capsicum, onion, all sauces and salt and saute for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently on high flame.
  4. Add noodles and toss to mix well and and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add sauteed paneer cubes, stir well.
  6. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
